  • The player can register for only one category U 12 to U 23 & Above 23 till the age of 45 & if a player is physically fit they can play after 38 also.

  • The participant will have to take care of his/her all valuable things; the organizer will not be responsible for loss or damage of any property, or any physical injury to any participant during the entire event. However, best efforts will be made to provide first aid services at the venue.

  • The participant will have to come in his white cricket uniform and bring his own Aadhaar-Card along with 2 Passport-size Photo.

  • The selector’s decision will be the final and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained. The organizer reserves the right to admission at the venue. Precautionary measures have been taken for certain incidents. However, the organizers are not responsible for any weather conditions.

  • Venue and dates are subject to change.

  • Selection of candidates will be informed through either telecommunications/newspapers/Email/SMS or shortlisted printout at the venue itself.

  • Cricketer shall be debarred if false particulars are furnished.

  • Age Eligibility Rule – NCL Matches

  • During NCL matches, players may participate in their respective age category or in a category up to one year above or below their actual age.

  • This rule applies to all age categories under NCL.

  • All players must ensure their age details are accurate and verified as per NCL guidelines

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of  only.

  • The list of shortlisted participants will be published on the NCL website or offcial Instagram.

  • For any event or match where results can be provided on-site, please note: Verification is possible within three days after the results are given. After this three-day period, further verification from our end will not be feasible.

  • The company reserves the right to change any decision related to matches at any time (before, during, or after matches).

  • Any dispute arising during matches must be reported and resolved within 3 working days. After this period, no complaints will be considered, and no decisions will be changed.

  • Results for second-level matches will be finalized on the ground. Once declared, no requests for changes will be accepted by the NCL team.

  • All enquiries and issues will be addressed within 3 working days only. If any player or party engages in false activities online or files a case after this period, they will be liable to pay a penalty of ₹1,00,000 to NCL.

  • NCL policy is simple: all issues must be resolved on the ground at the time of the match. Once the result is declared, it will be considered final and cannot be changed.

  • Please note that email communication is not a priority for NCL Management. We primarily respond through WhatsApp and phone calls.

  • Therefore, we kindly request you to refrain from sending emails. For any queries or assistance, please contact us directly via call or WhatsApp.

  • Email will only be used by NCL Management to send notifications related to trial schedules and match dates.

  • NCL fees will be applicable for trials, matches, camps, and final matches. The fee amount may vary for each stage.

  • The top 30 players will be eligible for scholarships under the NCL Programme, based on performance.

  • All NCL policies will be applied equally to every tournament conducted under NCL Sports.
